At ITC — Intelligence Telegram Copy Trading, we strive to provide a high-quality trading and signal service. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available.
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with our Service during this period, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is made within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase.
- This is your first subscription purchase with us (the guarantee applies one time per customer).
- You have not violated our Terms of Service.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period has expired.
- Subscription renewals — auto-renewed subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel before renewal to avoid charges.
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Trading losses — we do not guarantee trading profits. Losses incurred from copy trading are your responsibility and are not grounds for a refund.
- Change of mind after the 7-day period.
- Partial month usage — no pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@telegramcopytrading.com with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Name]".
- Include your registered email address, transaction ID or order number, and the reason for your request (optional but helpful).
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed through Midtrans payment gateway.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Processing time varies by bank: domestic banks typically process within 5–7 business days; international cards may take up to 14 business days.
- Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank during the original transaction are non-refundable by us.
5. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access until that date.
- Cancelling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund for the current period.
6. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error or suspect unauthorized use of your payment method, please contact us immediately at support@telegramcopytrading.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in account suspension.
