Welcome to ITC — Intelligence Telegram Copy Trading ("we", "our", "us"), operated under the Haineo AI technology brand. By accessing or using our website at telegramcopytrading.com and associated services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 1. Definitions
- "Service" refers to the ITC platform, including the website, Telegram copy trading software, AI-powered trading signals, and related tools.
- "User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity accessing the Service.
- "Subscription" refers to the paid plan (Gold, Platinum, or Institutional) selected by the User.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
- To access premium features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are liable for all activities conducted under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
- Subscription fees are billed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and processed through our authorized payment gateway (Midtrans).
- International card payments (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX) are accepted. Currency conversion is handled by your issuing bank at their prevailing exchange rate.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice. Active subscriptions will not be affected until their next renewal cycle.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Share, resell, or redistribute your subscription access to third parties.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks.
- Use automated bots or scrapers to extract data from the Service without written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, AI models, trademarks, and branding associated with ITC and Haineo AI are our exclusive property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. Trading Disclaimer
- Trading financial instruments involves significant risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
- The Service provides copy trading signals and AI-assisted analysis for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial advice.
- You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting profits or losses.
- We do not guarantee any specific trading outcomes or returns.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
9. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Service interface.
- Upon termination, your access to premium features will be revoked. You will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining subscription period unless specified in our Refund Policy.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Indonesia.
